Realtime Comms Ltd protects WholesaleAI with encryption in transit and at rest, encrypted backups, separate production and development databases, least-privilege access, authenticated Shopify requests and webhooks, application audit events, rate limits and automated retention.

Backups are encrypted, retained for no more than 30 days and tested for recoverability. Operational access is restricted and security incidents are handled under a documented response process.

To report a suspected vulnerability or security incident, email support@realtimecomms.co.uk. Please do not include sensitive personal data in the initial report.
